I woke up 6ish to send my sis to my nephew's school.., and decided not to waste my morning....
So I came back and walked for 10mins and ran for 5mins.., and walked up 15-storey of stairs, which took me about 4mins...
And am half-dead! How la like this eh...???
Must seriously start training...... Can't delay till after CNY lo..
